They are seeking a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to manage their financial records and support their fast-paced operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and maintain the general ledger.

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Process payroll and manage expense reimbursements for employees.

• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

• Track budgets for tech-specific projects and ensure spending aligns with forecasts.

• Collaborate with external accountants to ensure tax compliance and preparation.

• Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to the management team.

• Maintain and organize digital financial records using accounting software.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the tech industry or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience working with tech startups or project-based budgets is a plus.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of financial practices relevant to tech companies, such as R& D credits or SaaS revenue recognition, is advantageous.
