What you need: High School Diploma or equivalency + Graduate of an accredited Operating Room Technician or Central Service Technician program 2 years Sterile Processing Tech or Surgical Tech experience. This position also maintains the Surgical Instrument Management application and the associated trays and instruments and the consumable supply inventory. Collaborates with staff and leadership to remove barriers in workflow operation, design and application. Acts as a change agent consistent with Gundersen Health Systems vision, mission and strategies.
