Where is the work:

This is a fully virtual/ remote position.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior IT Product Analyst with expertise in project financials to collaborate with our business Product Owner on enhancing our front office technical tools, focusing on the Costing and Forecasting program within the WorkSight platform. You will oversee the delivery of features related to Price Rollup, Price Summary, sales order cancellations, returns, return fees, and partial credits. Responsibilities include providing a technical roadmap, participating in Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Planning (AOP), managing development delivery, and ensuring application stabilization and support.

What you will do:

  • Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) financial management.

  • Deep understanding of applications and processes within the product portfolio.

  • Establish product roadmaps and project plans with the Product Owner.

  • Translate business processes and requirements into technical solutions.

  • Groom backlog into executable user stories.

  • Validate technical design with Enterprise & SBU Platform and Architecture Teams.

  • Ensure timely, efficient, and quality delivery of functionalities.

  • Coordinate with support teams and Senior IT Manager on planning activities.

  • This role can be done remotely although limited overnight travel may be required.

  • For Enterprise “owned” applications (Salesforce, Oracle, Web Methods, etc.), the Product Analyst will work closely with the Enterprise Delivery and Support teams to request and follow-up on the activities listed above.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, MIS (or related technical field) and at least 10+ years of professional work experience in an IT role is required.

  • Strong business process and partnering skills.

  • Knowledge of ERP (Oracle preferred) Financials & Projects.

  • Experience with Agile and LEAN methodologies.

  • Functional experience in product development; technical development experience is a plus.

  • Project management, time management, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.

  • Leadership skills and ability to influence and inspire others.

  • High energy, aptitude for learning, and market research knowledge.

  • Ability to manage stress, maintain professionalism, and mitigate conflict.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Compensation:

Base Compensation Range is $88,000 to $186,000 annually. Total compensation for this role will also include an Incentive/Bonus plan.

Disclaimer : This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual pay could be a result of seniority/experience level, merit and geographic location where the actual work is performed.
