Direct Support Professional

Location: Lacrosse, WI

Hourly Rate: $20/hr.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.

• Implement individualized care plans and support strategies.

• Encourage and facilitate community involvement and social activities.

• Monitor and document progress and behaviors.

• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other stakeholders.

  Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
