Branch Operations Supervisor\ \ Farmers Bank & Trust in La Crosse Kansas is looking for a full-time employee as\ our Branch Operations Supervisor. This employee must have a positive attitude,\ be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and accurate,\ as well as a dependable team player. Provides exceptional customer service to\ internal and external customers by accurately and courteously addressing\ customer questions and processing customer requests. Oversees all\ operations/retail functions of the La Crosse branch. Directly supervises regular\ full-time and part-time retail employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in\ accordance with the Banks policies, procedures and applicable laws. Works under\ direct supervision of the VP, Loan Officer/Branch Manager.\ \ Requirements include the following: Two year college degree with focus in\ accounting or business preferred; five to ten years previous supervisory and/or\ bank bookkeeping experience; or equivalent combination of training and\ experience.
