Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in La Canada Flintridge, California. The role is primarily focused on accounting duties and tasks within a governmental context.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounting entries in a timely manner.

• Handle account reconciliation processes to ensure accurate bookkeeping.

• Manage and resolve any issues related to Accounts Payable (AP).

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and data management.

• Conduct coding of invoices as per the established procedures and standards. Requirements • Applicant must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.

• Proficiency in managing accounting entries is a must.

• Ability to perform account reconciliation efficiently is required.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Applicant must be adept at coding invoices.
