職務目的 （ Job Purpose ）

• 担当地区において、上席者の管理・監督の下で「基幹商品ALLSTARs」を中心とした推進および引受業務を通じて、お客様に寄り添いお守りするなかで、企業賠償保険ラインの成長ならびに収益性の最大化を図る。

  職責 （ Job Responsibilities ）

• 担当地区（駐在事業本部にて）の企業賠償保険ラインの予算達成に責任を持ち、そのために地域事業本部・他ラインの駐在スペシャリスト等と連携・協働し、担当地区のマーケット、チャネルの状況に応じた「基幹商品ALLSTARs」の販促（契約保全を含む）について企画立案し、実行する

• 主に営業社員・担当チャネル向けのALLSTARs販売トレーニングを行い、特に重点代理店については個々の代理店のALLSTARs販売計画・トレーニングにも関与する

• 企業賠償保険ラインの情宣活動を行い（成約事例紹介・売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供。資料作成含む）、そのためにマーケット情報・他社動向を含めた情報収集も行う

• 企業賠償保険種目のうち引受権限を有するものにつき、担当地区の基本的な保険引受業務を行う。引受権限を有しないもの、または難度の高い事案については上席またはシニア・プロダクションアンダーライターと連携して対応し、担当地区の収益性を確保する

• 学士号または同等の学位

  　 スキル / 知識 / 能力 / 資格 / 免許

• コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、論理的説明能力

• 資料作成能力、文章力

• ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可

• 自発的・積極的である方

• マーケット・顧客志向のある方

• 責任感があり、チームワークを大切にする方

  　 業務経験

• 5年以上の損害保険業界での経験（営業部門、商品部門＜引受＞もしくは損害サービス部門での経験。企業賠償に関する分野での業務経験があれば尚可）

  　 その他

• 札幌、仙台、大宮、東京、名古屋、大阪、広島、福岡間での転勤が可能な方

• 最初の配属先は東京（神谷町）もしくは大宮で決定する。

※Gradeは経験・スキルにより20もしくは19で決定する。
