Systems Analyst, Sourcing Applications

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

This position is responsible for supporting a variety of Sourcing applications including Kohler’s Supplier Management Platform (powered by Jaggaer), SAP, PowerBI, and any other related data collection/reporting systems. The role will have a significant customer facing position and responsibility to ensure our applications are adopted and supported for our North America and Latin America user base. Additional responsibilities include monitoring of adherence to global policies within procurement systems, application performance reporting, issue diagnosis and resolution, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, system user training, and other projects. Strong communication skills will be essential, as will having the ability to work alone or part of a team.

Specific Responsibilities

  • This role works cross-functionally with multiple areas such as Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, IT, and with Sourcing teams around the world to support applications and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed in a timely fashion.Success in this role requires the following:

  • Responsible for applications user training and development of effective training content and delivery, becoming a subject matter expert across the Sourcing Application Portfolio.

  • Lead on system issue diagnosis and resolution for all Kohler businesses. This will require proactive learning and subject matter expertise in multiple procurement tools.

  • Responsible for helping identify process & systems improvements for the application users, integrating global best practices & streamlining processes.

  • Work collaboratively with project leads within the team, IT, procurement, other business stakeholders, and supporting management of specific projects and new technology implementations as needed.

  • Lead other ad hoc projects on a local, regional, or global basis in a timely and professional manner.

  • Some travel may be required from time to time as needed for training or projects.

  • Flexible to working with counterparts in various time zones especially China during their work hours when needed.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field, or the combination of education, training and/or experience required.

  • 1-2 years’ experience within a customer facing or IT role. Previous experience of IT systems is desired, but full training will be provided.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to professionally address a wide and varied audience.

  • Strong communication skills and ethos with proven experience of supporting customers (customer service, IT help desk etc.)

  • Good command of both written and spoken English is required.

  • Good command of both written and spoken Spanish is desired, as this role will be accountable for LATAM system adoption.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products required.

  • Knowledge of ERPs and master data management desired.

  • Organizational and time management skills sufficient to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and ever-changing environment required.

  • Some travel required (less than 15%).

  • Some work hour adjustments might be needed to support collaborative teamwork with multiple regions.

The salary range for this position is $59,250 - $74,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
