Why You Will Love this Job: Coordinate the preparation of the financial plan and monthly forecasts for Engines Americas and Global Gasoline Engines. Provide Net Sales and Margin Analysis for the North Americas Region. Responsible for analysis of customer financial statements as well as forecasting and planning of rebate programs. Specific Responsibilities: * Work with the SIOP team to get the Americas Domestic Market Units, Sales and Gross Margin for Forecast and Plan. * Work with the Sales team to develop a by customer orders forecast and plan. Giving insight into future orders based on expected business outcomes and historical activity. * Maintain Global Engines Order Reporting and forecasting reports. Working with regional finance teams to standardize processes and prepare variance explanations. * Consolidate and publish the global USM (Units, Sales, Margin) report for forecast and plan. Provide analysis for price realization across all regions and product lines. * Analyze Americas domestic market income statement and understand the margin variance vs Forecast. Identify and recommend corrective action where appropriate. Being able to provide detail around Sales growth by Customer to sales leaders. * Own the Warranty Line on the P&L, while working closely with the Warranty Department to maintain an accurate forecast and plan. As well as performing quarterly responsibilities. * Responsible for Rebate programs reporting and forecasting. Perform account reconciliations for the rebate accrual account and validate rebate payment amounts. * Produce reports and analysis for inclusion in the Engines Financial Plan book and Monthly Forecast Packets. Specifics include the below, amongst others: 1) Net Sales Plan & Forecast, 2) Unit Sales Margin reports. * Perform other analysis and special projects as directed. RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS Supervisory Relationships: * Reports to Manager - Engines FP&A Organization Relationships: * Frequent contact with all levels of business management. * Monthly Contact with Sales and Operations teams * Frequent contact with Quality and Warranty leaders External Business Relationships: * Occasional contact with external auditors.
