Hiring Now! PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking motivated Skilled Laborers to join our team for various construction projects. The role involves unloading and loading trucks, staging, and moving materials to support efficient operations on the job site.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $21 / hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Unload and load trucks with construction materials and supplies.

• Assist in staging and moving materials to designated areas on the job site.

• Support forklift operations and spotting to ensure safe and efficient material handling.

• Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with other team members.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a laborer or in a similar role preferred.

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely and efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required; training may be provided.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
