Robert Half Purchase & Sales Specialist in Knoxville, Tennessee

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Purchase & Sales Specialist in Knoxville, Tennessee. The chosen candidate will be a key part of our team, playing a pivotal role in processing orders and providing exceptional customer support. This role is within a fast-paced environment, where you will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and process orders received from third-party software, ensuring accuracy in order information and reconciling with system data

• Communicate with customers regarding their orders, payments, and account credits

• Track unused vouchers and apply appropriate credits to customer accounts

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally

• Provide administrative support to the team, including handling marketing information for venues, customers, and entertainers

• Coordinate with venues and entertainers to ensure smooth event organization

• Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials

• Attend events to provide on-site support and assist with ticket sales

• Coordinate with event staff to ensure seamless operations

• Generate and maintain accurate reports on ticket sales, payments, and credits

• Collaborate with the accounting manager to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Requirements • Must possess at least 1 year of experience in the role of Purchase & Sales Specialist or similar

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Skilled in Data Processing and Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Billing Functions and Check Processing

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Familiarity with Ticketing System and Razors Edge software

• Knowledge of Digital sales is essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
