Aston Carter Inventory Controller in Knoxville, Tennessee

Job Title: Inventory SpecialistJob Description

This position is responsible for the receipt and organization of materials, supplies, and donor samples at the laboratory, as well as assigned duties related to facility maintenance.

Hard Skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory or logistics

  • Familiarity with SAP (preferred)

  • Operation of material handling equipment such as automated carriers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, conveyers, compactors, and forklifts

  • Fork Truck certification (as required by OSHA)

Soft Skills

  • Troubleshooting

  • Communication

  • Investigation

  • Organization

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Work Environment

Lab/warehouse environment, 1st Shift Schedule 7am-3:30pm, Overtime every other week
