We are looking for an energetic, self-starter, based in Knoxville, TN to serve as a Project Manager/Account Manager on our Account Services team. To be successful, one needs to be able to think critically, understand the full scope of each account, and provide solutions to problems as they arise. The ideal candidate will be able to understand the big picture while paying close attention to specific details and processes. Once hired, the candidate will undergo initial training and assist other Account/Project Managers. After demonstrating the ability to successfully manage projects, the candidate will assume full responsibility for selected accounts.

salary: $40,000 - $48,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key contact for our clients / external project managers for various accounts and projects

  • Works within a software system to set up projects and manage data including inventory, sales orders, purchase orders and financial information.

  • Meet the needs of clients, including but not limited to prompt response to all inquiries, project setup and management, inventory management, reporting, timeline management, and troubleshooting.

  • Effectively communicate key account information to internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, and Inventory Control) ensuring that all are kept aware of progress and problems.

  • Manage project workflow in a way that meets the needs of both the client and internal resources.

  • Set-up projects and items in data base/software systems. Enter orders if needed. Accuracy and attention to detail are important.

  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for clients

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for use internal use and for clients. Needs to interpret data and analytics.
