Reyes Holdings Maintenance Technician in Kissimmee, Florida

Location Kissimmee

  • Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly (Based on experience)

  • Shift: Full-time, hours will be Monday- Friday from 5:00am to 2:00pm shift

    Position Summary:

    The Building Maintenance Technician maintains the cleanliness of the facility

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Bilingual Preferred

  • Ensure cleanliness through continuous monitoring and cleaning of facility

  • Empty and clean all trash barrels throughout the facility

  • Wipe down walls quarterly

  • Mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment

  • Report any problems with cleaning equipment or out of stock cleaning materials to management

  • Assist management on assignments as requested

  • Other projects or duties as assigned

    Required Skills and Experience:

  • 0 to 6 plus months general facility maintenance experience

  • Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions effectively

  • Problem solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Forklift and scrubber certification

  • General knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment
