ManpowerGroup Technical Program Product Manager I in Kirkland, Washington

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager I to join their team. As the Senior Technical Program Manager you will partner with peers across all Kuiper teams, including hardware, software, supply chain, manufacturing, launch, facilities, finance, compliance, and HR. This role requires working across technical disciplines and resources to smoothly transition complex assemblies from an R&D state to rate manufacturing.

Job Title: Technical Program Product Manager I

Location: Onsite - Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating, tracking and executing a multi-week schedule across an integrated product team to hit production need dates

  • Tracking and executing plans to reduce repeated problems and non-conformances with the quality and manufacturing team

  • Transitioning R&D test processes to repeatable and easy to execute tests used for rate manufacturing

  • Supporting new product introduction, development campaigns and design changes on the floor

  • Leading high-level schedule and tracking for multiple launch campaigns at a time for a specific sub-product of the satellite.

  • Hands-on assembly and coordination on the production floor when required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

  • 3+ years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years experience in hardware/software testing

  • Experience influencing design, test procedures and requirements as a mean to improve yield or throughput

  • Hands-on experience building and/or testing hardware (either professionally or as a hobby)

  • Coding and/or software experience
