We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Center of Excellence (CoE) Initiatives and manage Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs for our Global Project Management Office (PMO) organization. We are currently open to candidates that can work remotely within the United States. What You'll Do: Program Management

  • Lead and manage complex GTM and CoE programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope and within budget.

  • Drive a customer-focused culture throughout the organization, ensuring that all projects meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Work creatively and analytically to problem-solve program roadblocks, identify and manage risks and manage team issues

  • Facilitate effective communication, collaboration and coordination among cross-functional project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Reduce departmental silos to increase collaboration and productivity.

  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PMO Center of Excellence

  • Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the PMO.

  • Create, define and implement documentation such as playbooks, best practice guides, templates, processes, and workflows that streamline our project management services.

  • Embrace the challenge of working in evolving and new processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to streamline or automate workflows and increase efficiency. Demonstrate a passion for iteration and continuous improvement.

  • Evaluate, implement and manage program management tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Define, develop, and maintain dashboards to effectively communicate PMO portfolio, metrics, KPIs and project status.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote understanding and adoption of PMO methodologies plus promote a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Keep abreast of industry standards and incorporate relevant innovations into PMO practices.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

8+ years of experience in managing medium to large programs and 3+ years experience in PMO processes and PMO tool implementations.

Deep understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices.

Proven experience in developing and implementing PMO standards and frameworks.

Strong proficiency of project management tools and software like JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana.
