  • Responsible for intake and precursory validation of all product and packaging submissions received through Nintendo's merchandise approval system
  • Responsible for intake, documentation, and distribution of physical sample product shipments
  • Tracks all line plan submissions and routes content to the associated business development account owner for review
  • Collects and organizes submission data to track partner performance against program KPIs
  • Handles coordination of meetings and agendas with merchandise partners on behalf of the product development team
  • Takes comprehensive notes and provides written summaries to attendees for internal and partner-facing meetings
  • Keeps process documentation and key information up to date and easily accessible to all merchandise team members
  • Facilitate merchandise sample shipments to NCL for review purposes on an as-needed basis
  • Facilitate return merchandise sample shipments to our external business partners on an as-needed basis
  • Assist the SI Merchandise team with Unknown SKU resolution by assisting with partner outreach, processing submission closures, and tracking progress
  • Responsible for agenda gathering for Artwork merchandise team meetings
  • Responsible for updating, organizing, and maintaining the Artwork merchandise team Confluence site
  • Responsible for overseeing site access controls for internal users of SI Merchandise Confluence Sites
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of JIRA training materials
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of internal and external DRM system accounts
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
