Requisition Summary Kenworth Division of PACCARis looking for highly motivatedindividualsinterested in gaining professional experience at anindustry-leading manufacturing companyto join our2025 Internship Program in Kirkland, WA. This internship will support our New Product Development and Operations Support Team. Duties will vary among new products and sustaining manufacturing-related items. Internships include unique learning opportunities such as: Learn first-hand from the industry's top professionals Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers Develop mentoring relationships with leaders Gain valuable hands-on experience Expand your professional network This internship is scheduled to begin in May or June 2025. Job Functions / Responsibilities Support Advanced Manufacturing Engineers and other subject matter experts in information and data collection Based on data and facts, make recommendations from thefindings Develop, improve, and audit current processes or documentation Support projects associated with management of Supply-Base Tooling Develop fixtures and assembly aids for new product projects Analyze parts using design for manufacturability and assembly principles Provide periodic updates on project assignments to Advanced Manufacturing Management Create a PowerPoint summary of internship accomplishments for presentation at the end of the summer Flexibility to address special projects as they arise Skills / Competencies Proficient in Microsoft Office Resourceful and a self-starter Strong professionalism Experience with 3D modeling software preferred Education Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering or related technical Program.
