We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join an organization and be part of a great team!!! As a Staff Accountant, you will be intricately involved in the financial operations of our organization, with a primary focus on managing accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable and receivable

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for

• Work in the general ledger and ensure it reflects the accurate financial position of the company

• Leverage QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial reporting

• Perform account reconciliations regularly to prevent discrepancies

• Utilize Microsoft Excel

• Monitor customer accounts and address any queries or issues that arise

• Other duties to assist the Controller as needed

This role is hybrid with 2 work from home days after training!!!

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Solid understanding and experience in Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation effectively

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Good written and verbal communication skills
