Adecco Search is seeking a Project Engineer for a leading manufacturing client in the Johnson City-Kingsport, TN area. This role will lead NPI Projects and manage activities within the Product Design and Development group.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage product design engineering projects.

• Track progress, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.

• Develop/refine engineering standards and procedures.

• Evaluate designs for compliance and recommend improvements.

• Provide technical guidance and approve product designs/drawings.

• Conduct CAE analysis, modeling, and simulations.

• Prepare cost analyses and budget reports.

• Communicate technical updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

• 5+ years in product development/design engineering.

• 3+ years of project management experience.

• Expertise in FMEA, CAE tools, and CFD, Fluid Dynamics or Heat Transfer highly preferred.
