Summary You will serve as a ELECTRONIC INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR II in the CCS ELECTRONICS REPAIR DIVISION (TRIREFFAC-730), WEAPONS REPAIR DEPARTMENT (TRIREFFAC-700) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY. Responsibilities You will determine resource requirements necessary to accomplish long range work schedules. You will plan a balanced workload through analysis of work schedules, assignments, production costs, or methods of operations with junior supervisors. You will collaborate with junior supervisors and staff to identify continuing problems or make recommendations for corrective actions. You will solicit input or feedback from junior supervisors or staff to resolve work problems. You will direct work priorities, project schedules, or detailed work plans to meet production requirements for electronic integrated systems maintenance work. You will set work priorities and determine work assignments to meet a deadline date. You will manage a diverse workforce of electronics and electronic integrated systems personnel. You will accomplish performance appraisal reviews for assigned subordinate employees. You will give advice and instructions to employees on work processes. You will forecast budget requirements based on reviews of departmental plans, programs, or material needs. You will discuss and assess administrative processes with managers, supervisors, and employees to gain cooperation. The Screen-out Element for this position is: Ability To Lead Or Supervise Ability to develop plans and/or schedules for quarterly and long - range work (up to 5 years). Ability to establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences to ensure critical schedules are met. Ability to attend meetings with higher -level management and provide direct input in work techniques, policies, organizational structure and/or modernization of equipment; Ability to establish and/or maintain an appropriate work environment among the subordinate supervisors and employees that ensures open communications and achievement of management goals. Ability to evaluate work progress and/ or coordinate work operations with other organizations to ensure that work is accomplished in a timely, efficient, and economical manner. Ability to review Submarine Production Status Reports (PSRs) daily. Ability to develop and/or implement training programs for all divisional personnel.
