Lockheed Martin Program Security Manager in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description: This position requires Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years and/or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE) with the ability to maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

The Security Manager will be responsible for all aspects associated with the National Security Space line of business at the Valley Forge, PA facility and will report to the Space Security, Cyber and Analytics Eastern Region Senior Manager. The selected candidate will have oversight of DoD SAP and SCI programs and will provide security leadership to approximately eight to ten employees.

Basic Qualifications:

- Top Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years and/or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE) with the ability to maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP and ICDs.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with executive-level leadership.

- Experience with various tools such as DISS, NISS, SMART, ISTART, COMET.

- Experience with SAP tools such as JADE.

- Knowledge of the DoDM 5205.07 and the practical execution of those policies.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with process improvements.

- Experience in change management.

- Experience creating policy and leading groups to implement the process across multiple sites.

- Demonstrated leadership of a security group or large project.

- Basis of Estimate writing.

- Administration of basic human resources tasks to support assigned personnel.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
