Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

Operates, inspects, and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems in assigned facilities to achieve the most efficient results. Ensures that equipment is being maintained in a safe manner. Actively minimizes downtime through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

State of the art Pharmaceutical facility located in Upper Merion. The facility spans approximately 1,000,000 square feet, comprising extensive lab areas and office space. Initial training schedule for the 1st shift is 6AM - 3:00PM for the first 6 months. Post-training, the schedule includes Monday & Tuesday from 5AM – 3:30PM, Wednesday from 6:00AM - 2:30PM, with Thursday & Friday off, and Saturday from 10AM – 10PM. The next pay cycle begins with Sunday from 10AM - 10PM, and Monday repeating the schedule. The 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 2PM - 10:30PM, with every 3rd week (will change to every 4-5 weeks once fully staffed) including a Friday shift from 2PM - 10AM, an 18-hour shift with shift differential.
