A Flagger's duties are to protect project personnel and provide safe, courteous, and authoritative direction. They are responsible for communicating with motorists, personnel, and anyone coming through or around the work area. Work occurs in various conditions in accordance with all applicable traffic safety regulations, training requirements and directives.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

18 years or older

No previous experience required

Second chances offered on a case-by-case basis.

Valid driver's license from any state and a Reliable vehicle*

Proficiency in English

Smartphone and sufficient knowledge about using it.

Full-time availability, Monday -- Friday, 6 a.m. -- 6 p.m.

Additional requirements for New Hire Orientation Day:

• Two-way radios
• Steel or composite-toe boots by the first day of New Hire Orientation
• Provide a valid state ID (Driver's license or other)
• Social Security card
• A walkie-talkie by the first day of New Hire Orientation
