STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Awesome opportunity for a Staff Accountant, play a key part in providing crucial financial data to support informed business decisions.

TEMP TO HIRE

ONSITE FOR TRAINING – OPEN TO HYBRID POST TRAINING

KING OF PRUSSIA PA

SALARY $30-35 PER HOUR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct month-end close processes, including journal entry postings and financial statement analysis.

  • Complete account reconciliations for assigned accounts.

  • Perform monthly and daily banking reconciliations.

  • Gain expertise in financial transactions within the ERP system (SAP).

  • Develop and enhance systems, processes, and policies to improve the efficiency of the General Accounting Team.

  • Support year-end financial audits with 'big 4' firm.

  • Assist with daily cash receipt transactions, accounts payable postings, and billing corrections.

  • Undertake other special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.

  • 2 to 5 years of related accounting experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, and sumifs.

  • Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial information.

  • Strong mathematical skills, including knowledge of probability and statistical inference.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and report writing software.
