The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of theSpecial Education Program Administrator provides quality services to specialeducation students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitmentto team participation in planning and implementation of student programsincluding special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation withgeneral education staff.

The Amergis Travel Division is currently seeking highlyskilled Special Education Teacher for school assignments in Killeen, TX.

Position Details:

• Contract Length: ’24-’25 School Year

• Hours: Times vary by school (7:30a-3:30p)

• Hours: 37.5 hours/week

• Start Date: 8/14/2024

• End Date: 5/22/2025

Multiple openings throughout the School District

Placement will be based on skill set listed on Resume todetermine age/classroom assignment

LocalRate:

$42.00/hour

TravelPay Package (37.5 hours/week):

*Total Travel Package = $1,946.50

• Weekly Housing Allowance: $746.00

• Weekly Meal/Incidental Allowance: $413.00

• Weekly Taxable Income: $787.50
