Hourly Rate 15.00

Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thur 7:30-5:30 Fri 7:30-11:30

Summary of Position

Technical support and campus assistance of personnel on the automated student system; coordination of registration activities with campuses and instructional departments.

Minimum Required Education

Associates Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required. Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for required experience.

Minimum Required Experience

Two years experience working in student records and registration at a college campus level, or a comparable educational environment, to include at least one year of experience in customer service or public relations.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Efficient in MS Office and E-mail.

  • Competent in computing techniques and data collection with student information systems.

  • Must be skilled in written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to implement various methods of quality control.

  • Ability to multi-task, to meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and capable of independent action.

  • Must have attention to details and accuracy in work performed.

  • Must be able to work nonstandard hours during registration.

  • Ability to work well with others and provide leadership and direction.
