Local RV Park in Kernville has an opening for a ONSITE NIGHT SECURITY GUARD/MAINTENANCE PERSON

Duties, Requirements and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): * Make rounds on golf cart ensuring safety of guests and that they are adhering to park policies. * Maintain a fun/friendly atmosphere during nightly rounds. * Be on-call and prepared for addressing after hours and unforeseen issues or emergencies. * Live onsite in your own rig (contemporary trailer or motor-home) Up to 2 dogs okay -Breed restrictions in effect. * Have experience moving travel trailers. * Handle issues that arise in a personable/calm/professional manner. * Ensure overall safety is of premises. * May dump trash and check bathrooms when needed. * Reliable and responsible. * Basic maintenance experience using hand tools, power tools, and mower. * Have basic electrical and/or plumbing knowledge is a plus.

Site/Utilities provided (for security duties) + $17 per hour for Maintenance hours (part time)
