Your responsibilities Job Summary Develops, implements, and coordinates policies and programs covering the following: employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, placement, benefits and employee services. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Develops and aids in the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. Investigates employee complaints. Partners with assigned managers to help develop, implement and communicate overall HR initiatives that support the organization's overall strategy. Coach, lead, and mentor leaders on HR topics. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Provides coaching and resources to employees and leaders with respect to career development, compensation, staffing initiatives, performance management, and employee relations in order to ensure a fair and consistent approach. Partners with leaders to identify and solve business challenges utilizing HR best practices. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Has people leader responsibilities.
