Hello, NOW HIRING, Direct-Hire opportunity. Set-up operator, Press Brake A metal finishing Light fixture company in Kenosha, WI is searching for Press Brake operators. The set-up and operation of assigned fabrication machines to form parts from cold rolled, stainless steel and aluminum, according to manufacturing procedures and scheduling requirements.

• Must have experience

• Set-up and operation of Amada Press Brakes (RG, HFB, HDS and FBD) and Safan

• Select, load and install correct tooling; maintain tool inventory: keep tools clean and orderly

• Determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces

• Work from live schedule, verbal and written instruction, bills of material, routing, samples, blue prints and control plans

• Perform quality inspections of parts to produce products that exceed customer's expectations

Responsibilities

Press brake Operator (Fabrication Machine, press brakes - setup, operation, inspection)

Operate and set up various Press Brakes (RG, HFB, HDS, FBD), handle tooling, perform quality inspections, and maintain workflow. Experience in metal fabrication and ability to read blueprints required.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
