Job Purpose: Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Nature of Duties: Making deliveries using company van. Receiving shipments and signing paperwork upon receipt. Unloading packages from incoming trucks. Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged. Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, etc.). Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place. Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control. Must be experienced in shipping. Education and Experience: Must have Excellent Driving Record High School Diploma or GED Accuracy with numbers Basic computer skills preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime as required.
