Robert Half Client Services Representative in Kenosha, Wisconsin

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The role involves managing and processing customer orders, maintaining inventory, resolving issues, and providing superior customer service. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for order management and associated inquiries

• Assist with special projects when necessary

• Handle incoming phone calls and emails from our internal and external customers

• Facilitate accurate incoming inventory through item setup validation, purchase orders, and communication with the warehouse

• Maintain and update the client/IMS website as needed

• Generate clear, consistent communication to internal and external team members regarding the status and requirements of programs

• Process orders through bulk uploads as well as individual one-off manual orders

• Prioritize orders and/or projects, including prompt expediting of emergency requests

• Work collaboratively with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance, and Operations staff

• Maintain and distribute various reports as needed to ensure daily requirements are met. Requirements • Possess a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in using Salesforce.com and MS Office, specifically MS Excel

• Demonstrable skills in data entry and administrative assistance

• Excellent phone etiquette and superior customer service skills

• Experience in a role requiring administrative office duties

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive work environment

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
