The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the sales team’s success by driving operational efficiency and accuracy. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage a variety of tasks, maintain effective communication with internal teams, and contribute to achieving targets. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for a range of activities, including data input, process improvements, research, and reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Data Entry & Processing: Accurately enter information for the Field Sales team, ensuring completeness and high attention to detail.
System Proficiency: Utilize SalesForce and CPQ (Apptus) to streamline processes, track progress, and support the sales cycle.
Process Improvement & Efficiency: Manage time effectively to meet the volume of activities while continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
Quality Assurance: Review data and collaborate with Field Sales Executives to resolve any discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries.
Customer Interaction: Be prepared to engage directly with customers as needed, providing clear, timely information and addressing inquiries professionally.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with order processing, billing teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth renewal processes and resolve any operational issues.
Research & Reporting: Assist the management team by conducting research and generating reports to support decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Tracking & Metrics: Maintain accurate records and track key information to support business goals and renewal targets.
Skills:
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Advanced usage of CRM systems for intricate data analysis and sales tracking.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for varied stakeholder interactions.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in managing complex orders and sales information.
• Presentation Skills: Proficiency in conducting detailed training sessions.
• Problem Solving: Ability to address complex sales support issues independently.
• Time Management: Capability to manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks.
• Microsoft Office Suite: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating detailed reports and presentations.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent coordination skills to work effectively across departments.
Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $51,550-$70,850
