Description:

We are looking for technical analyst that can assist the team with portfolio risk management, project coordination, project tracking, engineering documentation and lab testing/validation for our end-user productivity services. The candidate should be a self-motivated and well-organized individual with a strong interest in learning technology and have interest in client impacting tools and services. The candidate must work well with others within a team environment and be able to follow through on actions and tasks needed for key projects. The candidate will be working within an agile environment to help coordinate and track critical email projects within the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

General technology competencies and understanding

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a related field

3-5 years of project management and related experience

Knowledge of how to use general productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office applications

Microsoft Windows and use of email and other collaboration tools and applications, i.e., Teams, Skype, etc.

Understanding of technology terminology and concepts, i.e., email, IM, etc.

Excellent English writing and communications skills

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

Excellent analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Agile/SCRUM methodology

ITIL methodology
