Insight Global Maintenance Manager in Keller, Texas

Job Description

A client in the Keller, TX area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a 836,000 square foot distribution center. The successful candidate will manage the entire maintenance department, develop and execute budgets, manage capital projects, and ensure the safety and efficiency of all maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing various equipment maintenance (MHE, chargers, batteries, dock equipment, racking, plumbing, electrical, plumbing, truck yard,, ammonia system), supervising 19 hourly employees and a supervisor, attending operations and safety meetings, managing contract services, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills and Requirements

Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred

5 years of leadership experience in a maintenance position (must come from industrial or manufacturing background)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred - responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of the system. null
