Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Kearny, New Jersey, United States. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business, as well as coordinating front-desk activities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel

• Provide superior customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

• Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining accurate customer records

• Manage email correspondence, responding to queries and forwarding messages to appropriate departments

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create, format, and edit documents

• Organize files, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible

• Schedule appointments, managing the company calendar and coordinating meetings as required

• Employ strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a welcoming environment. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
