[The Human Resources Generalist will have comprehensive experience in all facets of human resources management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.[The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the organizations HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
[This role reports to the Division HR Manager.
[Recruitment:full cycle recruitment of salaried roles including job postings, resume screening, interviewing and extending job offers. [Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns.[Address employee relations issues effectively and confidently, promoting a positive workplace culture.
[Training and Development:Identify training needs and collaborate with leaders to implement relevant training initiatives. [Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to leaders and team members on performance related matters. [HR Reporting and Data Management:Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.[Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. []{style="font-
