Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
In this position, candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance on automated equipment throughout the plant. This may involve repairs on hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, motors, and conveyors. Mechanical and electrical repairs will be required, and there may be some minor facility maintenance involved as well.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on automated equipment
Repair hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, motors, and conveyors
Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs
Perform minor facility maintenance
Essential Skills
Minimum of three years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to troubleshoot PLCs
Basic math and computer skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associates degree in electro-mechanical technology
TIG welding experience
HVAC experience
Boiler and refrigeration experience

Work Environment
This is a specialty cheese manufacturer. The work environment is a clean room and highly automated. GMPs must be followed. Hair nets, uniforms, and safety shoes will be provided. The 1st shift operates Monday-Friday with 8-hour shifts starting between 6am-8am.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
