ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Multi-Line Phone Answering
- Maintaining Record of Field Reporting To and From Work
- Processing Important Information to Management
- Filing of Reports
- Assist in Scheduling of Field Team
- Assist in Scheduling of Applicants
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience
- No criminal history
- Ability to perform tasks with little supervision
- Customer service skills
- Maintain confidentially of employee records
- Integrity and professionalism
- Detailed oriented
- No visible tattoos
- No facial piercings
- Must be willing to work on a full-time status
- Dependable transportation
- High School Diploma or Equivalent or Higher

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and accurately in order to provide the best possible customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Pay: $12.50 - $13.75 per hour
