Job Description:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field of study required
CPA license a plus
Work Experiences:
5+ years of experience in general accounting
Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
Experience utilizing ERP accounting systems required
Monthly financials analysis experience required
Consolidation and intercompany accounting experience required
Oracle ERP experience a plus

Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with individuals at various levels

Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to understand intercompany accounting/consolidations and help build out new process
Responsibilities:
Support the monthly consolidation process including managing the global intercompany process and review of monthly US GAAP consolidated results
Responsible for important close-related tasks including preparing and reviewing consolidation journal entries, supporting the analytical review of the monthly financials and maintaining internal controls
Work with intercompany owners to resolve out of balance accounts
Prepares and reviews inter-company transactions and profit eliminations, and ensures proper accounting for corporate level transactions
Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy in the consolidated financial statements
Help develop consolidations process to ensure maximization of Oracle ERP abilities
Perform detail reconciliation of all intercompany receivables and intercompany payables accounts
Prepare monthly intercompany invoices and related intercompany journal entries
Detailed tracking of intercompany inventory transactions
