Staffing Solutions of Central Texas/ResourceMFG Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Katy, Texas

    • Job Duties: Mechanically and electrically assemble units, wire panels in various product lines per drawing provided
  • Wiring - Read electrical or mechanical diagrams and wire accordingly
  • Cabling - Requires physical ability to bend, and route cable per drawings provided
  • Perform the most difficult functions to accomplish the above tasks
  • Lead projects being constructed
  • Access computer (AS400) for occasional stock checking
  • This can include mechanical assembly only or wiring
  • Must be accountable and able to work with little supervision
  • Requires taking initiative, responsibility and having a disciplined work ethic
  • Maintain clean working area
  • General Employee Accountabilities:
  • Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager
  • Give manager best advice
  • Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified
  • Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager

    • Schedules Available: Monday-Friday (Saturdays and overtime as required)
  • 1st shift: 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m
  • 2nd shift: 3:30 p.m. - 12 a.m

  • Requires prolonged periods of standing, bending on a concrete floor
  • Mechanical Assembly - Requires lifting, climbing, pulling ability to install equipment into cabinets and enclosures
  • Previous relevant and/or related job experience demonstrating high attention to detail
  • Ability to read instructions and drawings
  • HS Graduate or Equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds :::
