We are searching for an observant, insightful behavior analyst to help manage our growing caseload. The behavior analyst will conduct assessments with each client, decide on the most appropriate intervention, and deliver effective treatment. You may also need to obtain additional information from collateral stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Turn Learning into Play: Create individualized treatment plans to make every session fun and effective.
  • Be a Mentor: Lead and support a team of caring RBTs.
  • Make Families Smile: Provide guidance and celebrate progress with parents.
  • Change Lives: Support kids' growth with hands-on therapy and compassionate care.
  • Creating simulated conditions, where you will observe the behavior of each client.
  • Formulating an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
  • Administering treatment and tailoring interventions, as needed.
  • Suggesting additional treatment by other professionals, as required.
  • Operating within time, financial, and other resource constraints insofar as possible.
  • Remaining abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices.
  • Advocating for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society.

  • Competitive Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience) + bonuses
