Our client in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team!

Job Title: Junior Business Analyst - Full Time

Location: Kansas City, MO - onsite

What's the job?

The Business Analyst will play a key role in the Infrastructure & Operations team within the Information Technology (IT) department located onsite in Kansas City, Missouri. This individual will be tasked with analyzing IT systems, identifying and documenting needs from both business and IT stakeholders, and leading the development teams’ day-to-day activities through Agile processes.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 2+ years technical business analysis experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of agile development methodology and practices

• Understanding of technical terminology, preferably experience in Cloud and Infrastructure projects

• Strong facilitation skills for meetings and stakeholder workshops
