Insight Global IT Specialist in Kansas City, Missouri

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist to support our Insurance client in Kansas City, Missouri. This candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting both remotely and in person, providing technical support to end users, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting hardware/software. This IT Specialist will be interfacing with high-level stakeholders and needs to possess excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone that is highly self-motivated and excited to grow in a long-term career.

The position will start on site for 6 months, then transition to a hybrid work schedule with up to 3 days remote each week. They will join a team of 2 other IT specialists, and will have plenty of growth opportunities to eventually be involved with IT audits and hardware management as well.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

  • 1-3 years experience in Helpdesk/IT support

  • Providing tech support to end users

  • Network and computer support for onsite and remote users

  • Hardware support

  • Proficiency with any ticketing systems (client is using SpiceWorks)

  • Troubleshooting O365

  • Strong communication skills *Background assisting with IT audits

*IAS Management experience

*Centric trainings/certifications null
