About The Job...

The Human Resources Manager (HRM) may be a good fit for you.

This fast-paced position is responsible for the management of human resources (HR) for assigned location(s). The HRM implements and acts to ensure compliance with government regulations and Company HR policies. It manages recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee retention and is engaged in benefits processes, along with additional generalist tasks in the HR function.

Ideal candidates possess leadership experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and understand the importance of alignment to business objectives in a professional environment.

-US citizenship preferred

-At least 18 years of age

-Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field, or associate degree and at least 4 years of progressively responsible HR experience

-Ability to acquire and maintain the required level of Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance
