Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hour

The Kansas City Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Services Manager. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.

The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Intermediate Computer Skills

  • Previous Supervisor experience

  • Planning, organizing and leadership skills

  • Ability to take initiative, achieve results and meet deadlines

  • 2 Years Security experience

  • Driver's License and Certification

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
