Actalent Electrical Project Manager in Kansas City, Missouri

Job Title: Electrical Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. This role focuses on small commercial projects with some involvement in industrial and food and beverage facilities. The candidate will manage projects ranging from $30,000 to $1 million, handling 2-5 projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include managing materials, tracking time entries, providing project progress updates, and performing job take-offs. The candidate must be local to the DFW area and looking for a contract-to-hire opportunity. No per diem is provided. The main on-site PM will have 2 leads/foremen reporting to them and will work on industrial power projects, including monitoring and managing the installation of main transformers, switch gear, running conduit, wiring mounts, PLCs, control cabinets, process control systems, general power to the facility, and some CAT6, UFD, and data installation.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lenexa, Kansas.

Work Environment

This role requires overseeing multiple crews on major projects and managing on-site installations. The candidate will be the main on-site project manager, ensuring projects remain on track and enforcing safety regulations to foster a culture of workplace safety.
