Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Kansas City, Missouri. The role involves supporting an electrical company's office operations by maintaining and updating employee records, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily tasks related to incoming and outgoing employment verifications.

• Collaborate with employees and state departments to ensure driver's information is updated in accordance to regulations.

• Handle the review of records for new hires.

• Convert paper files into digital format through scanning for efficient storage.

• Input paper logs into our fleet database.

• Utilize skills in Computer Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Typing Data Entry to perform tasks efficiently.

• Maintain a strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Requirements • Possess skills in Computer Data Entry

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is required

• Typing Data Entry skills are necessary

• No minimum years of experience is required, making this role suitable for entry-level applicants

• Open to continuous learning and skill development

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

• High level of discretion to handle confidential information

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and software used for data entry

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
