Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a Business Analyst for a local Kansas City. Candidate must be willing to go onsite and meet with stakeholders/the team.

Role Overview:

• Expert in people, processes, and technologies.
• Analyzes business systems and user needs.
• Creates user stories, captures requirements, conducts testing, and documents systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and documents business requirements.
• Performs process analysis.
• Plans and conducts functional testing and UAT.
• Creates business/system documentation.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with agile methodology and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in Agile/Kanban work management within Infra/Ops.
• Product Ownership/Scrum Master skills are a strong plus.
