Robert Half Business Analyst in Kaneohe, Hawaii

Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The role will involve working closely with the Financial Services Department to improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounting information. Responsibilities:

• Aid in the operations of the Financial Services Department by providing business analysis.

• Utilize technical and decision-making abilities to evaluate and implement new processes.

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information and records by maintaining meticulous documentation.

• Perform second level reviews of work performed by staff, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.

• Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for multiple projects of varying complexity.

• Utilize CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Claim Administration skills to improve business efficiency.

• Perform account reconciliations, medical and benefit accounting, and process payroll.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling accounts.

• Complete other projects as assigned, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst

• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Solid understanding and experience with database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proven experience in performing Gap Analysis

• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Functions

• Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents

• Prior experience in Claim Administration is desirable

• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
